Grisanti's in Omaha. |
As you walk through the door you come to a host stand. There
is a bar with a seating area and dining rooms to the right and left. Tonight we had eight people and sat at the
end of the ramp off to the right. One side of the table was a long bench seat (like a booth) and the other
side was chairs.
Caryn and Randy ordered the mushroom appetizer, which was delicious. It was mushroom caps stuffed with pork, veal, spinach with a Parmesan cream sauce. You receive unlimited bread that is placed upon a little pedestal with a candle underneath to keep it warm. One group member kept commenting that no one should eat the bread because it was horrible -- so he could eat it all by himself…the bread is excellent.

Brian: Eating out on a Sunday with the dinner club my goal was to have enough for lunch the next day. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Arrabbiata. For $14.99, I got two meals out of it. I love Italian cuisine. My dish consisted of two grilled chicken breasts served over penne pasta. Scattered throughout were a few mushrooms, as well as finely sliced peppers and onions. The chicken glaze is where I tasted the spice in the dish. I soaked up the leftover marinara sauce with Grisanti’s yummy fresh bread. The aroma in the office from the reheated meal made it even more worth the price. I will definitely go back and order this dish again.
